Subscription, Pricing, Cancellation and Refund Policy

Effective and last updated 22 October 2026

This Policy explains paid access to Voluble, including offers, automatic renewal, cancellation and refunds. It applies with the accepted purchase details and the Terms and Conditions. Mandatory consumer rights and applicable payment-platform protections take priority. A service promise made before purchase is not cancelled by a general disclaimer.

1

Seller and support

Service operator: Voluble AI Inc. The seller must be identified before payment and on the appropriate receipt.

For billing help, contact support@getvoluble.com. Include the account identifier, order reference, payment date, amount and a brief explanation. Never send an OTP, banking password or card security code. A payment processor handles a transaction; it does not automatically take over our responsibility for service delivery or consumer complaints.

2

Current offer details

Promotional amount
₹599.

These details must be displayed with the offer before purchase, not disclosed only after a payment is taken. Your confirmation records the terms accepted for that order. If a price or renewal term is inconsistent between the offer and payment sheet, contact support; an inconsistency is not permission to substitute a less favourable term silently.

3

Reference prices and savings

A crossed-out ₹899 does not authorise an additional payment or establish a renewal price. It must refer to a genuine, supportable comparison for the same product, feature allowance, billing period, tax treatment and relevant customer context. A plan with different benefits is not an interchangeable comparison.

A proposed future price is not represented as a previous selling price. A long-running ₹599 price is not made a genuine temporary discount simply by repeatedly extending an offer timer. The applicable reference-price basis and any real end date must be stated clearly.

When a valid ₹899 comparison applies to a ₹599 offer, the difference is ₹300, approximately 33.37 percent. We do not round that up to a larger claimed discount. Price-reduction displays must follow the pricing rule applicable when the offer is made.

4

Total price and taxes

The payable amount and billing period must be clear before you authorise payment. Mandatory taxes or charges must not appear as an unexpected final-step addition. Optional paid extras require an affirmative choice; they are not preselected.

If an amount is presented as a monthly equivalent of a longer prepaid plan, the actual total charged and commitment must be at least equally clear. A statement such as “under ₹20 a day” does not mean daily billing and must not obscure the actual price. Any currency conversion or independent bank charge is governed by the relevant provider and should not be confused with a Voluble discount.

5

What your purchase includes

Your offer identifies the coach experience, available lessons, features, usage allowance and access period. A course name or 120-day roadmap does not by itself include four months of subscription access, permanent ownership, all future lessons or human tuition.

Material limits such as minutes, messages, lesson availability, device access and phased releases must be disclosed before payment. We will not use an unspecified fair-use rule to introduce a hidden cap into a plan advertised as unlimited. Protections against fraud, automated abuse and account resale still apply.

6

Automatic renewal

Recurring billing starts only after express authorisation of the applicable plan and mandate. Before enrolment, we explain the initial charge, the duration of any discounted period, the renewal amount and period, when renewal happens and how to stop it.

If the offer is first-month-only, that condition must appear beside the ₹599 price with the later amount. If ₹599 continues each month, we do not turn the ₹899 reference price into an undisclosed renewal amount. A non-renewing pass ends on its stated expiry date and does not become a subscription without fresh authorisation.

Existing subscription price changes follow applicable law and the payment channel’s notice and consent requirements. We do not reprice an already-paid period or rely solely on a general policy-update clause. Billing retries, grace periods and access following a failed payment follow the disclosed plan and channel rules.

7

Trials, complimentary access and earlier promises

A trial must state its included experience, duration, eligibility, any payment method requirement and what happens when it ends. If it converts to a paid plan, the amount, date and recurring terms must be clear before consent. “Free” must not obscure an unavoidable charge.

Existing VIP, first-user or other complimentary entitlements are governed by the promise made to the eligible participant. Policy changes do not silently erase an earned benefit. An expired offer may be closed to new participants without changing an accepted entitlement.

Referral or feedback incentives have separate rules covering eligibility, qualifying actions and reward delivery. They must not buy positive store reviews, require a particular rating or penalise an honest negative review.

8

How to cancel

Google Play purchase. Open Google Play using the purchasing account, go to Payments and subscriptions, then Subscriptions, select Voluble and complete the cancellation steps. The web route is https://play.google.com/store/account/subscriptions. Retain the confirmation and check the end-of-access date.

Direct purchase. If the online route fails or you cannot access it, email support@getvoluble.com with enough information to locate the order. We will help identify the billing channel rather than require repeated unrelated requests.

Cancel before the next renewal shown by the payment channel to avoid that renewal. For an ordinary recurring plan, cancellation normally leaves access until the current paid period ends. Where immediate cancellation or a statutory prorated remedy applies, we explain the different effect. We do not impose an unnecessary phone call, retention chat or exit survey as a condition of cancellation.

9

Refund eligibility

Cancelling a valid subscription or choosing not to practise does not by itself create a refund for the period already supplied. Unless law, platform rules or an express offer provide otherwise, we do not promise a general change-of-mind refund after delivery of digital access.

This does not exclude refunds or other remedies for non-delivery, a defective or deficient service, material mismatch with advertised features, an improperly taken payment, a duplicate charge, an applicable guarantee or a legal entitlement. We consider the facts of the purchase and issue a reasoned response.

Not receiving a hoped-for salary increase is not by itself proof that the promised coaching service was not supplied. However, that principle cannot be used to deny a remedy for a misleading earnings advertisement or an express guarantee actually made.

10

How to ask for a refund

For Google Play purchases, use the refund process at https://support.google.com/googleplay/answer/15574897 or contact us. Google’s rules depend on the purchase and circumstances; we do not promise that every request will be approved or insist that only Google can ever assist.

For a direct payment, email support with the account or order reference, transaction details, issue and requested remedy. Screenshots can help but should be redacted to remove unnecessary financial details. If the matter concerns non-delivery, do not repeatedly buy the same plan while we check the original transaction.

We assess refund requests without requiring a waiver of consumer rights, withdrawal of a truthful review or acceptance of store credit. A reasonable request for verification is not a demand for a payment to process a refund. Contact your bank or payment provider promptly for a suspected unauthorised transaction; our support process does not remove those remedies.

11

Refund method, timing and access

The payment provider or bank may take additional time to settle the credit. We provide a reference when available and help investigate an unexplained delay. A store-managed refund follows the store’s process.

The refund amount corresponds to the eligible amount actually paid, including the appropriate tax adjustment. It is not based on the crossed-out ₹899 if you paid ₹599. Where a proportionate refund applies, we explain the calculation. We do not deduct an undisclosed administration or cancellation penalty.

A full refund can end the refunded paid entitlement. A partial refund or cancellation may have a different effect, which we explain. No double recovery is due for the same transaction, but an active chargeback does not justify suppressing a genuine complaint or automatically retaining unrelated data.

12

Service changes and outages

If we cannot deliver a material purchased feature or discontinue paid access, we will provide an appropriate remedy, such as restoring access, an agreed alternative or a proportionate refund for undelivered access, subject to any greater legal right. We do not assume a user has accepted a voucher merely because it is offered.

Temporary maintenance and third-party outages can occur. We assess a material interruption by its actual effect on the entitlement. Labelling a paid experience “beta” or an outage “force majeure” does not automatically defeat a remedy required by law.

13

Deletion is a separate process

Uninstalling the app does not necessarily cancel a subscription. Deleting the account may remove access and learning history but does not necessarily stop an independent payment provider’s recurring charge. Use the proper cancellation route as well as the deletion route when both are intended.

We explain these consequences before deletion, support requests without requiring an unnecessary reinstall and preserve only the records needed for a lawful billing or complaint purpose. Account deletion does not remove an existing refund entitlement.

14

Complaints and policy changes

We acknowledge consumer complaints within 48 hours and redress them within one month, or sooner where required. Platform complaints and statutory remedies remain available.

Policy changes apply prospectively, with appropriate notice for material changes. They do not rewrite an accepted offer, validate an unauthorised payment or extinguish an accrued refund right. Keep your order confirmation and contact support if the terms applied to your purchase are unclear.
