About Voluble

Communication Super Intelligence is our name for the Voluble coaching system. It brings AI-powered conversation together with workplace practice and the six-part Voluble Method.

Practise understanding a listener, organising an idea and responding when a conversation changes.

“Super Intelligence” is a product and method name. It does not mean that Voluble has artificial general intelligence, is conscious, is infallible or has been proven superior to every human coach or other application. AI supports the learning experience; its replies and assessments can be mistaken.

English is part of workplace communication. So are listening, choosing what matters, structuring an answer, asking a useful question and disagreeing constructively. Voluble brings these skills into realistic practice situations.

Hinglish guidance is available in supported experiences. The app identifies the languages and activities included in your chosen experience.

Understand. Recognise the person, situation and question before you respond.

Intend. Decide what you want the conversation to achieve and what the other person should understand.

Structure. Arrange your thoughts so that your message is easy to follow.

Express. Choose words and examples that communicate your point clearly.

Deliver. Practise how you say it, including clarity, pacing and emphasis where the activity supports them.

Interact. Listen, respond, ask questions and adapt as the conversation develops.

These six parts are our teaching framework. They are not a claim that every lesson measures every skill, or that a score is a recognised professional or language qualification.

Sia and Maya are virtual coaching characters available in supported Voluble experiences. They can help introduce situations and guide practice using the features shown in your app. They are not human tutors, recruiters, therapists or employees of organisations mentioned in fictional scenarios.

Coach stories, role-play characters and sample conversations are created for learning. A fictional character’s job, employer or success story is not evidence of a real employment relationship or endorsement. The coach and activities included in a paid plan are identified before purchase.

Use Voluble to rehearse introducing yourself, explaining your contribution, sharing an idea in a meeting, handling a disagreement or preparing for an appraisal. Treat examples as starting points and adapt them truthfully to your circumstances.

Protect the people and organisations you work with. Use fictional or anonymised examples instead of customer details, trade secrets or confidential documents.

“Earn Double” expresses an ambition, not an expected or guaranteed result. Voluble does not promise that your earnings will double, or that you will receive a salary increase, job, promotion or other financial outcome. There is no promised earnings timeline.

Communication is one part of professional development. Outcomes also depend on your experience, capabilities, opportunities, employer decisions, market conditions and other factors. Voluble provides practice and feedback; it does not decide recruitment, compensation or promotion.

Available experiences can combine authored lessons, recorded material and AI-generated conversation. Their format, availability, access period and any usage allowance are explained in the product and offer you select. A curriculum organised by days does not itself promise completion or a particular result within that number of days.

AI assessments help you reflect on a practice response. They can vary with the task, recording quality, accent, language and system version. They do not establish your intelligence, character, professional competence or employability.

Speaking features use the microphone with your permission. Our Privacy Policy explains how audio, transcripts, account information and learning records are handled. You can request account deletion through https://getvoluble.com/delete-account or by contacting support@getvoluble.com.

Before paying, review what is included, the total amount payable, the access period and whether the plan renews automatically. Subscription cancellation, account deletion and a refund request are different actions, and our policies explain each one.
